This is a more personal space, a place where I share small stories, thoughts, and observations from my work as a massage therapist in London.
Here you will find behind-the-scenes moments, reflections on anatomy and movement, and occasional video content from my YouTube channel.
Over time, this blog will also include simple stretches you can do at home, gentle tools to ease everyday tension, and ideas around mobility, breathwork, and body awareness.
But this is also the space where I allow myself to be a little more human and vulnerable
I often say that I am a bit like Sofia Vergara: my life in London as an Italian (and Brazilian) massage therapist is full of “lost in translation” moments, small misunderstandings, and all the funny struggles of working across languages and cultures.
These experiences have shaped the way I connect with my customers, and they are just as much a part of my journey as the technical training.
This blog is a quieter, more intimate corner of the website. A place to slow down, share, and connect, both through professional insight and through the messy, honest, humorous reality of doing this work in a city like London.
